To participate, return the entry form and $40 fee to Chestertown RiverArts, 315 High St., Suite 106, Chestertown, MD 21620.  Please make checks payable to Chestertown RiverArts.   You may also call RiverArts at 410 778-6300 to register using a credit card.  RiverArts is open from 11:00 to 4:00 on Wednesday through Fridays and 9:00 to 3:00 on Saturdays.  Please note that RiverArts  will take a 35% commission on sales.
