Art & Adventure!
Bring your family and friends to the fun-filled festivities of RiverFest 2016. It will be an exciting, fun-filled weekend along the waterfront of the scenic Chester River and the popular Arts & Entertainment district of historic Chestertown.
Light up the Night!
At sunset on September 23, the Chester River will come to life with illuminated sculptures. New sculptures each year, curated by SANDBOX, Washington College’s initiative for creative collaboration between art and science with a focus on the natural environment, will be situated along the waterfront. Visitors can enjoy beer & wine, food and live entertainment at the Chestertown RiverArts illumination ceremony and party, followed by a dance party with “Charlie the Peacock.”
