<span-style=”line-height:2em;”>Bus Trip to the American Craft Council Show
RiverArts is initiating their first of a series of bus trips to interesting arts shows and museums. Our first stop is the Baltimore Convention Center to view the American Craft Council’s flagship show where more than 650 top contemporary jewelry, clothing, furniture, and home décor artists from across the country gather under one roof.
Among the talented national group of artists juried into this prestigious show are seven members of RiverArts, six of whom have arranged to have a large display area together as “Art @ Chestertown.” The “Art @ Chestertown” artists include Rob Glebe (Metal) Dave & Patti Hegland (Glass), Bob Ortiz (Wood) Marilee Schumann (Ceramics) and Faith Wilson (Fiber). Also participating in the ACC show is member Sabra Richards (Mixed Media). “This is your chance to touch, feel, and explore high-quality American craft and meet the makers behind the fabulous work.”
You can’t beat a bus to make life so much more convenient. You won’t have to worry about driving, parking or finding your car after the show. Relax on the trip home, share your experiences and reveal your purchases!
